'Harry Potter' Star's Brother Pleads Guilty to Assault in Honor Killing Case

Afshan Azad, Harry Potter, father, Abdul Azad, Ashraf Azad, brother, death, threats, killed, arrested, pictures, picture, photos, photo, pics, pic, images, image, hot, sexy, latest, new, 2010LONDON — The brother of Harry Potter actress Afshan Azad has pleaded guilty to attacking her because she was dating a Hindu man, the BBC reports.

Ashraf Azad, 28, could face jail time at his sentencing on Jan. 21 for the guilty assault plea.

However, Ashraf Azad and his father, Abdul Azad, 53, were cleared of charges that they threatened to kill the young star.

The honor killing case made headlines when the father and son were accused of attacking Ashraf Azad on May 21 because the relationship went against the family's Muslim faith. 

Afshan Azad appeared in four Potter movies as Padma Patil, a classmate of the boy wizard and twin sister of Parvati Patil.
