George Clooney Reveals He Contracted Malaria in Sudan

George Clooney, malaria, pictures, picture, photos, photo, pics, pic, images, image, hot, sexy, latest, new, 2011HOLLYWOOD, Calif. — George Clooney has revealed that he contracted malaria earlier this month during a trip to Sudan.

In a Piers Morgan Tonight interview scheduled for Friday, the 49-year-old star makes light of catching the life-threatening disease, which is spread through the bites of infected mosquitoes.

"I guess the mosquito in Juba looked at me and thought I was the bar," Clooney quips.

The actor is said to be fully recovered from what he reveals as his second bout with malaria.

Morgan broke the health scare news Thursday on his Twitter page.
