Jaime Pressly Formally Charged After DUI Arrest

Jaime Pressly, DUI, arrested, arrest, busted, pictures, picture, photos, photo, pics, pic, images, image, hot, sexy, latest, new, 2011HOLLYWOOD, Calif. — Jaime Pressly has been formally charged with DUI, stemming from her arrest last month in Santa Monica.

Pressly, 33, is facing two misdemeanor charges of driving under the influence, including allegations that her blood alcohol content was .20% or greater, which is nearly three times the legal limit, TMZ reports.

Her arraignment is scheduled for Feb. 7.

The My Name is Earl star was arrested around 11 p.m. on Jan. 6. She spent the night in a Santa Monica jail before being released the next day on $15,000 bail.

The DUI charge comes less than two weeks after Pressly filed for divorce from husband Simran Singh after 15 months of marriage.
