HOLLYWOOD, Calif. — Lindsay Lohan has been warned that she'll be sent to jail if she takes a plea deal in her stolen necklace case.
"I treat everybody the same," Superior Court Judge Keith Schwartz told the starlet at her Los Angeles court hearing Wednesday morning. "I don't care that you're Lindsay Lohan vs. John Doe or Jane Doe. That doesn't affect me."
He added: "If you plead in front of me, if this case is resolved in front of me, you are going to go to jail. Period."
Lohan, 24, pleaded not guilty earlier this month to felony grand theft of a $2,500 necklace. She is accused of stealing the item from a Venice, Calif. jewelry store on Jan. 22.
The troubled starlet, who is currently on probation for a 2007 DUI conviction, is due back in court on March 10.
