HOLLYWOOD, Calif. — Leighton Meester is just fine living the single life these days.
"I don't see the point in dating. I hate it," the Gossip Girl star tells the January issue of Allure. "It's wonderful to be in love. And it's definitely wonderful to cuddle and have sex and get to experience life with somebody. But it's OK if you don't find him and you're 24. You can find it someday."
Meester also hates working up a sweat but has found a way to stay in shape that she actually enjoys.
"I hate working out for the sake of working out—it's a chore. I hate going to the gym, and I don't really care to do it," she says. "The one thing I love is yoga, and I do it at least four or five times a week. It's pretty fast-paced. I never get bored."
Meester also opens up about her wild past as a party girl.
"We had craaaazy parties, we had DJ's, bands, an ice luge, a fire twirler," she recalls. "One of my roommates burned off her bangs on the stove trying to light a cigarette. I mean, drinking is one thing – overdrinking is another. And drugs are something that I do not tolerate at all. You'd be surprised how many people do it. If you go out and you're living the nightlife scene, that's what people do."
The actress also dismisses reports that she has an ongoing feud with her Gossip Girl co-star Blake Lively.
"It's unfortunate when women are pitted against each other," she explains. "Like with Sex and the City. People say, 'They're jealous of each other.' Come on! They're all rich, successful, great actresses."
She jokingly adds, "'When women fight, it's usually with pillows and in bras and panties! Sometimes, they accidentally kiss!'"
