The "30 Rock" star revealed the pregnancy on Wednesday while taping an appearance on "The Oprah Winfrey Show." Her "Oprah" interview is scheduled to air on April 12.

The actress-writer is reportedly about five months pregnant.

Fey and her husband, composer Jeff Richmond, are already parents to a 5-year-old daughter, Alice.

The baby news comes just months after Fey's "30 Rock" co-star, Jane Krakowski, announced her own pregnancy.

Fey, 40, is currently busy promoting a new book, "Bossypants."
