HOLLYWOOD, Calif. — Two days after his wife Eva Longoria filed for divorce, Tony Parker has returned the favor.
The NBA star filed his own divorce papers Friday in Bexar County, Texas, where divorces can be finalized as quickly as 60 days, TMZ reports.
In his divorce petition, Parker states, "the marriage has become insupportable because of discord or conflict of personalities between Petitioner and Respondent that destroys the legitimate ends of the marriage relationships and prevents any reasonable expectation of reconciliation."
He also makes no mention of the prenup the couple reportedly signed when they tied the knot in 2007, perhaps signaling that a legal showdown is on the way.
Longoria filed for divorce this week after she found out Parker had been flirting with Erin Barry, wife of his former San Antonio Spurs teammate Brent Barry.
