New look, who dis?! Larissa Dos Santos Lima is “feeling great” after her plastic surgery transformation, she exclusively tells Life & Style. The 90 Day Fiancé: Happily Ever After? star showed off her “revenge body” in after photos as a first-look before the September 15 launch of her OnlyFans page.
The Brazilian beauty underwent five cosmetic surgery procedures: a nose job and a boob job in February and liposuction, a tummy tuck and a fat transfer in August. All of her work was done by Dr. Lane Smith at Lane Plastic Surgery.
During her second surgery, Larissa also got fillers and Sculptra added to her booty. “It’s kind of like fat transfer but it’s a different product they inject in the butt. It’s very safe, it’s not illegal, it’s hydrochloric acid,” she explains.
She decided to undergo two surgeries within six months so she wouldn’t have to take too much time away from her work as an influencer. “It was a little bit, ‘Right now, let’s do it right now, but I need to hurry because my job [is] on social media,’” the 33-year-old adds. “But now I’m almost [fully] recovered.”
To go along with her new look, Larissa also treated herself to some new Bellami hair extensions, which she got done at the Capelli Salon in Las Vegas. “Now I have long luscious hair I can’t live without,” the reality TV starlet gushes.
Viewers were treated to an inside look at Larissa’s first surgery on the Sunday, September 13 episode of TLC’s hit series, 90 Day Fiancé: Happily Ever After? Even though previews of the episode made it seem Larissa may have suffered a complication with the anesthesia, she assures fans everything went well.
“The thing that you watched is a little tricky because [when you] wake up from anesthesia, [you] wake up like, ‘Uhhhh, where I am? What am I doing here?’ They put a thing inside your mouth so they ask you, ‘breathe, breathe,’” the brunette bombshell explained. “So the show has some kind of drama, you know.”
Although she admitted her breast implant surgery was the hardest to recover from, she’s thrilled with her new sexy curves. “My bra size was 34A and now it’s 34 double or triple D. I am very happy with the results,” Larissa says.” When I went to Victoria’s Secret I could fit into double D or triple D but the one I chose was triple D.”
Larissa also enjoyed the added bonus of going down two pant sizes after her liposuction and booty makeover.
Larissa reveals she wanted to “improve” her appearance through plastic surgery for her self-esteem and to make money for her family. “The reason that I did it because as you know, I have a family in Brazil, I have a boyfriend who is 28 years old and I am exposed daily on social media,” Larissa reveals. “People have haters but the lovers, they ask you what procedures you use, what clothes that [you have] on. So I want to look good for myself and to make money to send to Brazil and to make a living here.”
Larissa’s tummy tuck, also called an abdominoplasty, was also partly for health reasons. She explains that after she gave birth to her two children, son Arry and daughter Luana from previous relationships, her abdominal muscles separated and never returned to her pre-baby state. “We use filters and Photoshop all of the time. I was using filters to make my waist look skinner, so this surgery brings me freedom,” she adds.
Before Larissa began her transformation, she secured a loan for $30,000 from her boyfriend and 90 Day Fiancé: Happily Ever After? costar Eric Nichols. Because the Brazil native did not have her employee authorization at the time, she could not legally work in the United States. While the amount was controversial, especially since the couple is not married, Larissa insisted she would pay her boyfriend back in full with interest once she obtained her employee authorization earlier this year.
After she was legally allowed to work in the United States, Larissa started to earn money through Cameo, an app where fans can pay for personalized video messages from their favorite celebrities. Larissa’s Cameo turned out to be a lucrative gig, and she’s made $50,000 since starting her profile.
“I paid [him] back for everything,” Larissa tells Life & Style about her loan from Eric, 28. “The total for both surgeries was $50,000. I was able to make $50,000 in one year on Cameo. Eric paid for the first surgery and I paid for the second one with my own money.”
TLC viewers were first introduced to Larissa on season 6 of 90 Day Fiancé, where she documented her relocation from Brazil to the United States to marry her long-distance love, Colt Johnson. Unfortunately, the couple’s marriage didn’t last and their divorce was finalized in May 2019.
When asked what her ex-husband and his mother, Debbie Johnson, would think of her plastic surgery transformation, she got extremely candid. “I don’t know what Colt and Debbie [would] think. I believe they do not like the surgeries. I believe he [does] not like [it], but if Colt saw me today, he would be like, ‘Oh my god! I’d be makeup ready,” she says with a laugh.
