Many brides-to-be spend a lot of time testing new scents for their wedding day. Nicole “Snooki” Polizzi decided to make her own. The former Jersey Shore star is launching a new limited-edition wedding fragrance, “Snooki Love,” and we have all the details.

Although Polizzi loves the fruity scent of her previous perfumes, she wanted this one to be a reflection of who she is today. “With my other fragrances, I feel like they’re more fun and flirty — just like a young smell,” she tells PEOPLE. “With this one, I definitely wanted it to be more of who I am today, like a mature smell, but still sexy at the same time.”
The fragrance, a third for the star and a symbol of her upcoming wedding to fiancé Jionni LaValle, is a floral concoction with top notes of Italian bergmot, pink peony and cassis, mid notes of poppy, pink hydrangea and orange flower, and base notes of sexier scents like white amber, musk and sandalwood.
And it was her soon-to-be wedding that inspired the scent and its intricate packaging. “I thought it was time, first of all, to have a third scent. So, I thought, ‘Why not have it based around my wedding?,’ ” she shares. “And since it’s a Great Gatsby theme, I thought it would be perfect for my third fragrance. And I wanted it to be for my bridesmaids, as a gift, and also favors for the women at my wedding, and also for the fans, so the fans can be a part of my wedding.”
Even though Polizzi wears the new fragrance “whenever and wherever,” she also plans to wear it on her big day because she “wanted to smell sexy and mature for Jionni,” and expects her bridesmaids to wear it too.

To get a better idea of her Gatsby-themed reception, Polizzi spilled some of the details of what is sure to be a memorable party. “The reception is just all black-and-gold feathers everywhere,” she says. “I have a beautiful princess dress that I’m wearing for the wedding, but for the reception, it’s more of a fun Gatsby dress, and the skirt comes off and turns into a really cute minidress.”
And for those who think this is a special-occasion-only perfume, Polizzi wants fans to know that it’s a scent for everyone.
“Basically anybody can wear this fragrance, whether you’re 13 or 80, I feel like it’s for everybody,” she explains. “Even though it’s a mature smell, it’s still beautiful at the same time. I feel like everybody’s gonna love it. And I always say, with every fragrance, this is my favorite one, but I really feel like this is my favorite one because, it’s about my wedding, it resembles my wedding and it’s something really important to me. So I’m glad that I get to share it with everyone else.”
