While the world waits to see what his mom Princess Kate will wear to introduce the new princess, Prince George is making a style statement of his own on the famous St. Mary’s Hospital steps outside London’s Lindo Wing. The royal toddler and his dad Prince William arrived to meet the new member of the family in matching blue sweaters (not pink polos, unfortunately).

Not only did they coordinate in shades of blue, but father and son also both wore white collared shirts under their toppers. On the bottom, the little Prince wore cornflower blue socks to match his shorts, while Will wore dark navy corduroy pants. And George also has the royal wave down, delighting photographers with his cameo.
We can’t wait to see what Kate might wear to show off the little princess to the world. After making such a memorable impression with the blue polka-dot Jenny Packham she wore for George’s birth reveal, the next dress is bound to be memorable. And we can’t wait for the amazing family portrait, reminiscent of the moment Prince William met his baby brother, Prince Harry, for the first time in 1984. But Prince William was dressed in a red and white outfit for the occasion, matching his mom, Princess Diana, who wore a red dress with a white collar.
