Kim Zolciak is very candid about going under the knife. Last year, the reality star documented her breast augmentation surgery on her show Don’t Be Tardy, and she’s not shy about getting Botox injections. But the star also isn’t shy about denying rumors that she had a nose job.

After posting a picture of her profile on Instagram to show her “natural makeup” look, followers began began speculating that Zolciak had a rhinoplasty. But the 36-year-old mom of six maintains that her nose is the real deal, and she has her children to prove it. She shared a photo of three of her kids who all have very similar profiles to their mom.

One thing’s for sure: We can’t wait to see Zolciak’s wardrobe (and beauty moves!) on her new reality show with former frenemy Nene Leakes. The Real Housewives of Atlanta stars will be driving across country together “to discover America on a one-of-a-kind adventure,” according to a statement from Bravo. (How many wigs will Zolciak pack? What soundtrack will they listen too? We have so many questions.)
