Zendaya is unapologetic when it comes making bold style choices. (Here’s photo proof.) So it’s no surprise Madonna (no stranger to major style moments herself) tapped the 18-year-old star as the latest face of her Material Girl junior’s line, which she founded with her daughter Lourdes. Zendaya stars in her second campaign for the label, and we have an exclusive first look below!

Shot at the famed Bleecker Street Records store in N.Y.C., the singer/actress danced on set to hits by Madonna and Michael Jackson while wearing new pieces from the spring collection — named “Record Riot” — including apparel from the brand’s new Active line.
“Shooting this campaign was so much fun! I love the new Material Girl collection, it’s all about bold pieces that you can mix and match,” Zendaya said in a statement. “All of the looks are girlie with a little bit of tough edge to it — very much like my own style!”

The stylish star joins former Material Girl faces Kelly Osbourne, Georgia May Jagger and Rita Ora, all celebs who aren’t afraid to take fashion risks.
“I am very excited to be working with Madonna and Lola again and continuing to work with them for another season — it has been fantastic so far,” she said. “I think Madonna is one of the biggest influencers the world has every seen, in fashion. She created a style. If anyone were to do that nowadays, it’s like ‘No, that’s Madonna.'”

As for the fashion icon herself, Madonna hand-picked the young star for her always-evolving style and ability to take risks in the name of fashion. “Zendaya personifies the Material Girl — she loves to have fun and is constantly experimenting with trends,” Madonna and Lola said in a statement. “Her daring personal style and high energy made her the perfect face for our new collection.”

But then again, who wouldn’t want to work with Madonna? Zendaya is beyond elated to continue her role with the icon.
“First of all Madonna knows who I am, check. Bucket list, I’m over. That’s all I need,” she said. “When Madonna Instagrammed a picture of me I think I died, came back to life again, then I had a party, and then I died again, came back again, went to heaven, said hello to everybody, came back down and here I am. It was crazy, it was awesome.”
