Paramount Pictures and Columbia Pictures Present "The Adventures of Tintin" directed by Steven Spielberg from a screenplay by Steven Moffat and Edgar Wright and Joe Cornish. Starring Jamie Bell ("Billy Elliot," "Defiance") as Tintin, the intrepid young reporter whose relentless pursuit of a good story thrusts him into a world of high adventure, and Daniel Craig ("Quantum of Solace," "Defiance") as the nefarious Red Rackham.

"The Adventures of Tintin" opens in theaters nationwide on December 23.

Bill Hader Pictures: Gotham Independent Film Awards 2009 Red Carpet Photos

Bill Hader Pictures: Bill Hader arrives on the red carpet at IFP's 19th Annual Gotham Independent Film Awards at Cipriani, Wall Street on November 30, 2009 in New York City.

Director Kathryn Bigelow's "The Hurt Locker" picked up two trophies at the annual event, winning best feature and honors for best ensemble performance.  The best documentary prize went to "Food, Inc.," while Robert Siegel won breakthrough director for his helming debut in "Big Fan." Other notable winners included, Catalina Saavedra, who captured the breakthrough actor award for her performance as a servant in "The Maid."
