Busy Philipps Photos: Busy Philipps arrives on the red carpet at the Academy of Television Arts & Sciences Foundation's 31st Annual College Television Awards held at the Renaissance Hollywood Hotel on April 10, 2010 in Hollywood, California.

The ceremony, which honors undergraduate and graduate student work in video, digital and film production, was hosted by Tom Bergeron of ABC's "Dancing With the Stars" for the fourth year in a row. The gala recognized 24 projects from 11 categories, with winners being featured at a screening hosted by "Entertainment Tonight" host Kevin Frazier on Sunday at the Leonard H. Goldenson Theatre in North Hollywood.
