The 21-year-old heartthrob was in town to perform with his brothers Kevin and Nick at the 2011 Carnival for a Cure. The sixth annual Carnival for a Cure returned this year to the Metropolitan Pavilion in the Chelsea section of Manhattan. The Carnival once again featured lively entertainment, delicious food, games for tots to teens, super prizes and a fabulous silent auction.

"I'm looking forward to attending and sharing my story about how diabetes hasn't slowed me down," said Nick, who announced that he had Diabetes Type 1 at the 2007 Carnival.
