HOLLYWOOD, Calif. — Britney Spears has been accused of sexual harassment by a former bodyguard she hired in February.
Fernando Flores filed the lawsuit against the pop star in Los Angeles County Superior Court, claiming he was "humiliated and traumatized" by Spears.
In the court filing, the 29-year-old Flores alleges the "Toxic" singer "engaged in numerous sexual acts" in front of him.
"She was wearing a white lace, see-through dress. She walked over close by [Flores], intentionally dropped her cigarette lighter on the floor, bent over to retrieve it and thereby exposed her uncovered genitals to [Flores]," the papers state. "The incident caused [Flores] shock and disgust."
Flores claims he was mocked by her supervisors after he complained about the alleged sexual behavior, with one person telling him, "You know you liked it."
The bodyguard also claims that the 28-year-old Spears abused her two children, Sean Preston, 4, and Jayden James, 3. He says on one occasion Spears demanded his belt and "savagely hit the small child."
The court papers also allege that Spears once fed her children crabmeat, even though they are both allergic to fish. The suit claims both children started vomiting and Spears allegedly stopped others from seeking medical help, telling them, "Mind your own f--king business!"
Spears has yet to comment on the allegations.
