Britney Spears' Son Jayden Released From Hospital

Britney SpearsHOLLYWOOD, Calif. — Britney Spears' 2-year-old son Jayden James has been released from the hospital, according to a statement on the singer's Web site.

"A source close to the Spears family has told us that Britney and family have left the Southwest Mississippi Regional Medical Center," read the statement. "Jayden is fine."

Jayden, one of two sons Spears has with her ex-husband, Kevin Federline, was rushed to the hospital on Sunday after suffering an allergic reaction to something he ingested.
