HOLLYWOOD, Calif. — David Boreanaz is being sued for sexual harassment by a woman who worked as an extra on his hit Fox series Bones.
According to TMZ, aspiring actress Kristina Hagan claims Boreanaz started harassing her during filming in August 2009 via “sexually inappropriate text messages.” She claims they later had sexual encounters in the actor’s car and trailer. On both occasions, Hagan alleges she refused his advances and he wound up masturbating in front of her.
In the suit, Hagan claims the star promised that he could help her career but failed to deliver. An attorney for Boreanaz has slammed the lawsuit, which was filed by Hagan’s famed attorney, Gloria Allred.
"The allegations concerning any alleged inappropriate conduct by David Boreanaz are totally fabricated and absurd," his attorney told TMZ. "There is no validity to this lawsuit."
In May, Boreanaz admitted to cheating on his wife, model-actress Jaime Bergman, after a mistress threatened to go public with their affair.
