HOLLYWOOD, Calif. — Duane Chapman, the star of A&E's Dog the Bounty Hunter, is recovering after he was injured during a bounty hunt Saturday in Los Angeles.
Chapman, 57, was treated for internal bleeding at the UCLA Medical Center after the on-the-job incident. He has since been released.
"Yes dog is injured," the tough guy's wife, Beth, said Sunday on Twitter."It is an occupational hazard that we deal with he is very strong and in excellent condition he will 4 sure survive :)"
Chapman was scheduled to appear Sunday evening at the Cathedral of Faith Church in San Jose, Calif.
