HOLLYWOOD, Calif. — Eric Dane appears fully capable of living up to his television moniker.
A new sex tape has surfaced that appears to show the 36-year-old actor and his wife, actress Rebecca Gayheart, having a threesome with former beauty queen Kari Ann Peniche.
The trio appears intoxicated in the 12-minute long sex video, which includes each of them sharing their porn names as they splash together in a jacuzzi and lay naked together in bed.
At one point, the 38-year-old Gayheart says she needs to lie down because she's "so high."
According to Defamer, which first posted a portion of the sex tape, the threesome took place at Peniche's Studio City apartment. The video reportedly surfaced as part of an investigation into Peniche's alleged sex-for-hire business in Hollywood.
Peniche was crowned Miss Teen USA in 2002 but was later stripped of her title after posing for Playboy. In addition to being accused of running a prostitution ring, she was recently kicked off "Dr. Drew's Celebrity Rehab," where she was being treated for a sex addiction.
Dane, who is best known for his role as Dr. "McSteamy" on "Grey's Anatomy," married Gayheart on Oct. 29, 2004.
