HOLLYWOOD, Calif. — Eva Longoria Parker is looking to feed a few more people.
The 34-year-old star is expanding her restaurant empire by opening a second Beso restaurant in Las Vegas. Longoria Parker tells People that she plans to host a grand opening event for the restaurant in Sin City on New Year's Eve 2010.
"[I'm] so excited about opening Beso Vegas," said Longoria Parker. "Vegas has the most energy in the world. It's a foodie city, which is great for us because of our menu. Everything we offer is pretty unique. Nobody in Vegas has anything similar."
While the menu will still feature her Hollywood location staples, including flatbread, tortilla soup and guacamole, Longoria Parker said she plans to distinguish the two locations with a different drink menu and a lounge.
"There will be different specials and drinks – Vegas style," she told the mag. "Also upstairs we'll have a lounge called Eve."
The "Desperate Housewives" won't be stopping there as she plans to bring her flavorful cuisine to airports with smaller versions of her restaurant called Besitos.
"We just signed the contract for the first airport and it's in L.A.," she said, "so we're really excited!"
