Former 'American Idol' Contestant Stephanie Edwards Arrested in Girl Fight

Stephanie Edwards, American Idol, arrest, arrested, pictures, picture, photos, photo, pics, pic, images, image, hot, sexy, latest, new, 2010SAVANNAH, Ga. — Former American Idol contestant Stephanie Edwards was arrested Monday night in Georgia after getting into a girl-on-girl brawl.

According to TV Guide, the 22-year-old singer was busted in Savannah after police broke up a scuffle between her and Laquilla White in the middle of a street.

Edwards told cops that White had been harassing her all day with phone calls, so she went to her home, where the situation escalated.

Both fighters suffered minor injuries, but refused hospital treatment.

Edwards appeared on Idol in 2007, where she finished 11th in a season won by Jordin Sparks.
