“Jake was turned off by all the partying,” a source tells Us of the end of the couple’s three-year relationship in 2005.

Sources add that the fall-out from the broken relationship only made the 25-year-old Dunst want to party more, claiming her weaknesses were both cocaine and alcohol.

“Whenever the cast and crew were out, she was the center of the group — doing shots and encouraging everyone to drink,” a source on her upcoming movie, “How to Lose Friends & Alienate People,” added to Us. “There was no such thing as ‘just the one’ for her.”

Dunst’s rep denies the claims made in the article, telling the magazine, “She is not being treated for cocaine or any drug.”

The actress checked into Utah’s Cirque Lodge rehab facility last week. It is not known how long she will remain as a patient.

Cirque Lodge has been well publicized over the past year, with stars including Lindsay Lohan and Mary-Kate Olsen being treated at the facility.

Dunst is best known for her role in the 1994 film “Interview with the Vampire,” in which she received a Golden Globe nomination, as well as for her portrayal of Mary Jane Watson in the “Spider-Man” film series.

The comedy “How to Lose Friends & Alienate People” is slated for release later this year.
