LOS ANGELES — The cast of Glee hit the red carpet last night for the show's season two premiere at Paramount Studios in Los Angeles.
Lea Michele, Matthew Morrison, Jane Lynch, Chris Colfer, Amber Riley, Kevin McHale, Jenna Ushkowitz, Cory Monteith, Dianna Agron, Mark Salling, Jayma Mays and Jessalyn Gilsig were all on hand from the hit Fox show.
According to Rolling Stone, the Glee season two premiere will feature renditions of Jay-Z's "Empire State of Mind," Lady Gaga's "Telephone," Travie McCoy's "Billionaire," and Poison's "Every Rose Has Its Thorn." The Gleeks will also perform two vintage Broadway musical standards — "What I Did for Love" from A Chorus Line and "Getting to Know You" from The King and I — as well as "Listen" from the film version of Dreamgirls.
The new season of Glee will premiere on Sept. 21. The following week's episode will be the long-awaited Britney Spears episode, featuring a cameo by the pop star herself.
