CLEARWATER, Fla. — A former hairdresser has accused Linda Hogan of using her alimony money from her estranged ex-husband to purchase drugs.
Tracy Morgan, who claims to have known the Hogan family for more than a decade, made the allegations while testifying during a court hearing Monday. The ongoing hearing revolves around a recent motion filed by Hulk Hogan in an effort to lower his monthly alimony payments, which currently stand at $40,000.
According to the St. Petersburg Times, Morgan testified that she cashed several checks in order for Linda Hogan to purchase prescription pills.
"She was actually buying drugs with the money," said the 45-year-old hairdresser. "She told me that."
Morgan also testified that Linda Hogan once confessed to her that her preferred method of getting high was smoking marijuana and taking the painkiller roxycodone. She also claimed that she had to close her salon to outsiders whenever her former client came in to avoid an "embarrassing" situation.
"She's always drunk when she's in the salon and gets belligerent," claimed Morgan.
Morgan also testified that Linda Hogan served alcohol to minors and allowed them to do drugs during a house party to celebrate her son Nick's release from jail following his reckless driving conviction.
Linda Hogan has denied the drug allegations and recently submitted to a voluntary drug test that turned out negative. Her attorney, Ray Rafool, called Morgan's testimony "a complete fabrication."
The Hogan's, whose real name is Bollea, split in November 2007 when Linda filed for divorce after more than 20 years of marriage.
Their hearing is scheduled to resume on July 23.
