Ivanka Trump Gets Engaged to Boyfriend Jared Kushner

The 27-year-old daughter of business mogul Donald Trump is now engaged to her longtime boyfriend, publisher Jared Kushner. Trump took to her Twitter account to share the happy news.

"I got engaged last night...truly the happiest day of my life!!!" she Tweeted on Thursday.

The blonde beauty, who is executive vice president of development and acquisitions at the Trump Organization, recently discussed finding the perfect man in Kushner, who is the publisher of the New York Observer.

"Jared and I are very similar in that we're very ambitious," she told New York magazine, while adding that she plans to convert to Judaism for her fiancé. "That's what makes it so amazing to be in a relationship with someone who is supportive of that."

The pair, who have been dating since 2007, also received the blessing of the Donald himself.

"I'm very happy about it," he told Us Weekly of the engagement. "They make a magnificent couple."
