HOLLYWOOD, Calif. — Jack Black and Michael Cera join forces on the big screen this weekend, starring in the Harold Ramis comedy "Year One."
Black and Cera star as a couple of lazy hunter-gatherers who are banished from their primitive village and set off on an epic journey through the ancient world.
"I loved the conceit of putting characters with a contemporary consciousness in an ancient world," Ramis tells Reuters.
The Columbia Pictures film also stars Olivia Wilde, Oliver Platt, David Cross, Hank Azaria, Juno Temple and June Diane Raphael.
