Jason Wahler Arrested for DUI

Jason Wahler, pictures, picture, photos, photo, pics, pic, images, image, hot, sexy, latest, new, 2010HOLLYWOOD, Calif. — Jason Wahler's legal woes continued Friday night when he was arrested for DUI in Newport Beach, Calif.

According to TMZ, the 23-year-old reality star was taken into custody at 10:54 p.m. after police stopped Wahler in his 2008 Chevy Tahoe.

Wahler, 23, was released on his own recognizance hours later.

This is at least the sixth alcohol-related arrest for Wahler in recent years. Most recently, he was captured on video being cuffed by Mexican police after he allegedly got into a fight at a nightclub in Cabo San Lucas.

The former Hills star spent time in rehab back in 2007.
