Jeffrey Donovan Busted for DUI in Florida

The "Burn Notice" star was stopped after he swerved to avoid hitting the arresting patrol car from behind. He was later arrested after failing a field sobriety test.

"I really think I'm only borderline and not too drunk ... The only mistake I made tonight was drinking Benadryl and three glasses of wine," Donovan told officers, according to an arrest report obtained by People.

The 41-year-old actor, who refused to take a Breathalyzer test, was booked and released several hours later on $1,000 bail.

Donovan has yet to comment on the DUI arrest.
