HOLLYWOOD, Calif. — Jennifer Aniston and Jason Bateman are teaming up on the big screen.
Aniston, 39, and Bateman, 40 will co-star in the romantic comedy, "The Baster," according to The Hollywood Reporter.
In the film, the pair will star as best friends Kassie (Aniston) and Wally (Bateman). The new movie will revolve around Wally discovering Kassie's plan to get pregnant through artificial insemination. The discovery leads him into replacing the donor's deposit with his own and then living secretly with the fact that he's actually the child's father.
The film is adapted from a short story written by Jeffrey Eugenides that was originally published in the New Yorker.
Aniston is currently starring in the romantic comedy "He's Just Not That Into You."
Bateman, meanwhile, will next star in the political drama "State of Play," alongside Rachel McAdams, Russell Crowe, Ben Affleck and Helen Mirren. The film is scheduled to hit theaters in April.
