NEW YORK — Jennifer Lopez has reportedly settled on the names Max and Emme for her yet-to-be-born twin babies.
According to Star magazine, J.Lo’s mom, Guadalupe, was spotted picking up two gold-rope baby ID bracelets engraved with the names Max and Emme from Genesis Jewelers in Yorktown Heights, N.Y. The shopping spree reportedly took place on Jan. 18, the day before the 38-year-old Grammy winner’s lavish baby shower at New York City’s Gramercy Park Hotel.
After weeks of rumors, the multi-talented Lopez finally announced last November that she was expecting for the first time with husband Marc Anthony.
Meanwhile, many tabloids have jumped out to a quick start on the J.Lo labor watch, reporting that she has already gone into labor at New York’s North Shore University Medical Center. However, those reports have been denied.
Her rep tells Access Hollywood that Jennifer is “not in the hospital or giving birth.”
When she does go into labor, J.Lo will reportedly do so in grand fashion. Newsday reports that staffers have been talking about a brand new maternity room, which has been dubbed “the J.Lo room.” It is said to feature wood flooring and two flat screen TVs.
Jennifer discussed her pregnancy secret in the February issue of Harper’s Bazaar.
“I do realize people want to know because they’re interested, but this is the first time I’m going through this,” she says. “This is my experience and my husband’s experience and we get to hold that for a little while.”
“I kind of feel like everybody knew anyway,” she adds. “I was on tour with a bubble gut.”
