HOLLYWOOD, Calif. — Jennifer Lopez has filed a lawsuit against her ex-husband Ojani Noa over his alleged plans for a tell-all movie about their relationship, Los Angeles Superior Court papers show.
The lawsuit, which was filed on Friday, alleges Noa is shopping around a movie that includes sexual footage of the pair, including steamy scenes taken during their honeymoon.
Lopez contends that the project, titled "How I Married Jennifer Lopez: The JLo and Ojani Noa Story," violates a settlement agreement she reached with Noa in 2005. The 40-year-old star is seeking at least $10 million in damages and a court order to prevent distribution of the film project.
This is the second time Lopez has sued Noa. In 2006, she sought to prevent him from publishing a book containing personal details about their brief marriage, which lasted only 11 months after tying the knot in 1997. Noa's planned book alleged that Lopez engaged in multiple affairs, including one with her current husband, singer Marc Anthony. An arbitrator later awarded Lopez $545,000 for breach-of-contract in the case.
Lopez and Anthony married in June 2004 and welcomed twin babies last year.
