Jim Carrey Continues Twitter Barrage

Jim Carrey, pictures, picture, photos, photo, pics, pic, images, image, hot, sexy, latest, new, 2010HOLLYWOOD, Calif. — Jim Carrey continued his Twitter barrage on Tuesday with a statement directed at his critics.

"To anyone whose grievances have chosen me as their cause, I would say first, that I recognize that tendency in myself, but if you knew me well, you'd see that your resentment has been misplaced," wrote the 48-year-old actor. "I wish every human being nothing but love and immeasurable happiness. Now, I'm going to re-enter the Twitter stream and see if there is anyone left to offend!"

Carrey has been on micro-blogging roll ever since his breakup with Jenny McCarthy was announced last week, most notably when he got himself in hot water by commenting on Tiger Woods' affair scandal.

"Sometimes I make an ASS of myself, yet I'm anything BUTT!" Carrey said as he signed off Tuesday. "Thankyou g'night! (Hold for applause...wait for it... aaaaand fade to black)."
