HOLLYWOOD, Calif. — Jimmy Kimmel and Sarah Silverman could be back in the video business.
The pair, who called quits on their five-year relationship in June, have been spending a lot of time together of late, leading many to speculate that they have patched up their differences.
"They're taking it slow," a source tells People. "They're on the road back to being together again."
Kimmel, 40, and Silverman, 37, were spotted getting cozy at close friend Howard Stern's wedding to Beth Ostrosky last Friday night in New York City. Several more sightings over the weekend then followed, but Silverman refused to confirm the rumors during a Tuesday appearance on ABC's "The View."
"In total respect to you and your legendness, I do not feel beholden or compelled to define my personal relationship," she told co-host Barbara Walters.
"It's not like a big drama thing, we're just not defining it. We're just being right now," she added.
In September, Silverman picked up an Emmy Award for her hit video "I'm F***ing Matt Damon," in which she and Damon, a frequent target of Kimmel's jokes, sang a duet about having an affair behind the late-night host's back.
"Thanks to the person for whom this whole video was made — Jimmy Kimmel, who broke my heart — ohh, who'll always have a place in my heart," she told the audience during her acceptance speech.
