Joe Manganiello and Girlfriend Audra Marie Get Engaged

Joe Manganiello, who plays werewolf Alcide Herveaux on the hit HBO series, is now engaged to his girlfriend, actress-model Audra Marie, his rep tells People.

Manganiello, 33, recently popped the question while the two were vacationing in Italy. They have yet to set a wedding date.

The couple met at a 2009 Super Bowl party, but the actor hardly got a warm welcome.

"She wouldn't go out with me for six months," he previously told the mag. "We started dating a few months before I got cast [on True Blood]."

True Blood couple Stephen Moyer and Anna Paquin tied the knot in August.
