Junior Seau Drives Car Off Cliff After Domestic Violence Arrest

Junior Seau, domestic, violence, arrest, arrested, car, cliff, pictures, picture, photos, photo, pics, pic, images, image, hot, sexy, latest, new, 2010SAN DIEGO — NFL star Junior Seau drove his car off a cliff early Monday in Carlsbad, Calif., hours after he was arrested for domestic violence.

The 12-time Pro Bowler suffered minor injuries in the 8:42 a.m. crash, Carlsbad police Lt. Kelly Cain tells the San Diego Union-Tribune.

Cain said Seau's Cadillac Escalade SUV appeared to be moving at a "significant speed" when it went off the roadway and landed about 30 feet down the embankment on a beach.

Rescuers found Seau alone and conscious at the scene. He was taken to a nearby hospital with what is described as minor injuries.

Seau, 41, was arrested around 2 a.m. Monday on domestic violence charges after he allegedly struck his 25-year-old girlfriend. He was released from the Vista jail about an hour later, according to TMZ.
