HOLLYWOOD, Calif. — With her June wedding day fast approaching, Kendra Wilkinson says she and her fiancé, Hank Bassett, are looking forward to tying the knot at Hugh Hefner's Playboy mansion.
"There are a lot of things that are exciting — the destination of the Playboy Mansion, and having Hef be there, and all the people who love me," the 23-year-old model and reality TV star tells People.
With all the necessary wedding arrangements making her life chaotic, Wilkinson can't wait for the moment when she can simply kick back and get started with the next phase of her life.
"The wedding, we feel, is nothing but a celebration. It's a party. We could just go down to the courthouse and get married and we'll just be happy doing that," she explains.
"We're ready just to get married and ready for our lives together," Wilkinson continues. "I'm just really excited to be his wifey and he's excited to be my hubby — that's just the way it is."
Wilkinson tells the mag that she's been so busy making wedding preparations that she hasn't been able to coach fellow "Girl's Next Door" star Holly Madison, who's a current "Dancing With the Stars" contestant.
"I was going to, but I didn't have time," says Wilkinson. "She wanted me to show her how to shake her a--. I tried to find the time, and I wanted to so bad, but I couldn't. She texts me all the time: 'Show me how to shake my a-- PLEASE!' "
