HOLLYWOOD, Calif. — Lily Allen is doing her best to salvage her relationship with Ed Simons, who decided to end the couple's relationship last week.
The 22-year-old Allen spent the night at Simons' home on Friday night and reacted angrily when reporters attempted to get the inside scoop upon her exit.
When asked about her split with her "Chemical Brother" boyfriend of five months, Allen flicked her middle finger and said, "F--k off and mind your own business."
Making matters worse, the singer was also greeted with a parking ticket on her Mini Cooper, which was parked outside the 37-year-old Simons' west London home.
The couple's relationship reportedly fell apart after Allen suffered a miscarriage in January.
"They tried to make things work but they couldn't," a friend of Allen's says. "The miscarriage was a horrible experience for both of them. Lily is devastated things haven't worked out for her and Ed. But there is a big age difference and the miscarriage was too much to cope with so early on."
Allen's "Alright, Still" LP is up for Best Alternative Music Album at this coming weekend's 50th Annual Grammy Awards.
