HOLLYWOOD, Calif. — Mandy Moore and Ryan Adams are planning to make a lifetime of music together.
The couple, who started dating last spring, are now engaged, a rep for Moore tells People.
It will be the first marriage for both Moore, 24, and Adams, 34.
No other details were immediately available about the singers' wedding plans.
Moore has been in several high-profile romances over the years, having dated the likes of actors Wilmer Valderrama and Zach Braff, as well as tennis star Andy Roddick. She was also linked to musician Greg Laswell.
The singer recently announced plans to walk away from her Mblem clothing line to focus solely on her music career. Her new album, "Amanda Leigh," drops on May 26.
Adams, meanwhile, is perhaps best known for his song "New York, New York" from his 2001 solo release "Gold." His most recent album, "Cardinology," was released with his band The Cardinals last October.
