HOLLYWOOD, Calif. — Matthew Knowles, the father of musical siblings Beyoncé and Solange Knowles, is at the center of a paternity suit scandal.
According to TMZ, AlexSandra Wright filed a lawsuit last week against the family patriarch in Los Angeles Superior Court, alleging that he is the father of her yet-to-be-born child.
Wright, 38, has previously worked as a television actress, having appeared on such shows as “Scrubs” and “JAG.” She is said to be six months pregnant.
Matthew Knowles, who has long managed the careers of both of his daughters, has yet to comment on the report.
The 58-year-old father of two has been married to stylist and House of Dereon owner Tina Knowles since 1980.
