Megan Hauserman Suing Sharon Osbourne Over 'Rock of Love' Fight

Sharon OsbourneHOLLYWOOD, Calif. — Sharon Osbourne is being sued by a former contestant on her "Rock of Love: Charm School" show over an altercation that took place during the VH1 series.

Megan Hauserman, 29, filed the civil suit in Los Angeles Superior Court on Monday, accusing the 56-year-old Osbourne of battery, negligence and intentional infliction of emotional distress. In her filing, the Playboy model says the wife of rocker Ozzy Osbourne hit her, pulled her hair and scratched her.

The two traded insults during the incident, which took place on Dec. 13 and aired on VH1 in January.

Hauserman is seeking unspecified damages, money for loss of income and medical costs.
