Mel Gibson Files Restraining Order Against Ex-Girlfriend Oksana Grigorieva

LOS ANGELES — Mel Gibson has filed for a restraining order against Oksana Grigorieva, his ex-girlfriend and mother of his 7-month-old daughter, Lucia, RadarOnline reports.

The legal documents were filed Thursday in Los Angeles Superior Court. They remain sealed, but Radar says the complaint revolves around three issues and Gibson's access to the former couple's child.

The actor's rep has declined to comment on the report.

Gibson, 54, and Grigorieva, 40, split in April after a year of dating. They announced their daughter's pregnancy last June, just six weeks after the Braveheart star's estranged wife, Robyn, filed for divorce after 28 years of marriage.

In addition to Lucia, Gibson has seven children – six sons and one daughter – while Grigorieva has a son, Alexander, with her ex-boyfriend, actor Timothy Dalton.
