HOLLYWOOD, Calif. — Miranda Cosgrove wouldn't mind majoring in film at New York University, but she still has some convincing to do at home.
"My dad still wants me to go to USC," the 17-year-old singer and actress, who will take the SAT exam in the coming months, tells People. "He loves USC. Every four or five days he gives me his USC speech."
In addition to battling her dad on college choices, Cosgrove is busy dealing with tabloids linking her to fellow Nickelodeon star Nat Wolff.
"Um, next question," she says with a laugh when asked if her single, "Kissin' U," was written about Wolf.
As for her dating life, the iCarly star is pretty active but she hasn't found Mr. Right yet.
"I go on dates all the time and I have guys that I really like, but I don't have a definite boyfriend," she says.
