Nicole Richie Injured in Paparazzi Car Accident

Nicole Richie, pictures, picture, photos, photo, pics, pic, images, image, hot, sexy, latest, new, Nicole Richie car accident, Nicole Richie paparazziHOLLYWOOD, Calif. — Nicole Richie was injured Monday in a car accident involving the paparazzi.

The 28-year-old star was driving her Land Rover when a paparazzo in a Jeep Cherokee hit her from behind in Beverly Hills just before 2 p.m., police said.

Richie declined to be treated at the scene, but later sought treatment at nearby Cedars-Sinai Medical Center. Her injuries were not believed to be serious.

The driver who rear-ended Richie was arrested and charged with driving without a license.

At the time of the crash, Richie was traveling with an unidentified passenger.

Last month, Richie gave birth to her second child, son Sparrow James Midnight, with rocker Joel Madden. The couple's newest arrival joined daughter Harlow Winter Kate, who was born in January 2008.
