HOLLYWOOD, Calif. — Nicole Richie and Joel Madden will soon have another mouth to feed.
The couple, who welcomed their first child, daughter Harlow Winter Kate Madden last January, are expecting again.
In a message posted late Saturday on his band's Web site, Madden, 29, confirmed that his girlfriend is pregnant again.
"I am so happy to tell everyone that Harlow is going to be a big sister! God has truly blessed my family. Hope [you're] all feeling as good as i am right now," wrote the Good Charlotte frontman.
The 27-year-old Richie had only been dating Madden for four months when she learned she was pregnant the first time around. While her life changed dramatically, Richie previously told People that it didn't take long for her maternal instincts to kick in.
"It's almost like I don't even remember what life was like before her," she said of her daughter Harlow. "She gives life a whole new meaning and a whole new purpose."
