Paris Hilton Defends Pal Britney Spears

Paris Hilton, pictures, picture, photos, photo, pics, pic, images, image, hot, sexy, latest, new, nude, naked, nip, slip, boobs, breasts, bikini, beachPARK CITY, Utah — It turns out Paris Hilton has more than her new movie on her mind — her old party companion Britney Spears.

"I wish people would just leave her alone," Paris tells The Insider. It's hard growing up with the media and everyone following her around. She's such a sweet girl. If people really knew her, they would know that. I love her so much."

Paris is currently busy hanging out at the Sundance Film Festival, where the famous socialite is promoting her new film, "The Hottie and the Nottie."

Even though she's busy taking in the sights and sounds of Sundance in Park City, Utah, Paris says she's keeping a close eye on the developments surrounding her friend back home.

"I talked to her a couple of days ago and she's doing well," Paris said of Brit.
