HOLLYWOOD, Calif. — Hollywood legend Zsa Zsa Gabor was rushed to the hospital early Tuesday after her husband found her "unresponsive," her publicist told CNN.
The 93-year-old Gabor reportedly asked for a priest "to read her the last rites" while she was in the hospital a few weeks ago, saying she "wants to spend her final days at her home."
Gabor broke her hip on July 17 when she fell out of bed while watching the television game show Jeopardy. Days later, she underwent a hip replacement surgery, but has since experienced several complications. Doctors wanted to perform surgery on her liver that would give her a 50-50 chance of survival, but the actress and her husband, Frederick Prinz von Anhalt, decided against the procedure, publicist John Blanchette said.
Gabor has appeared in more than 40 films over the years. Her late sisters, Eva and Magda, were also actresses and socialites.
The Hungarian-born star has also received plenty of attention for her love life, having been married eight times.
