In an interview that will air on Monday’s Good Morning America, Cyrus said the incident was unfortunate. After the girl’s lie was exposed, the sponsors of the contest took the prize away.

“I was really kind of upset. I mean, that’s just not a cool scenario,” the 15-year-old Cyrus says. “But it just shows what people will do for a ticket.”

Monday’s interview also gives fans a sneak peak at the inside of Miley’s tour bus, which is filled with homemade collages and cinnamon candles.

“I’m allergic to cinnamon, so cinnamon candles are my favorite,” she reveals. “Can’t eat it — so [I] smell it.”

Miley’s “Best of Both Worlds” tour has been the hottest-selling concert event in recent months, putting added pressure on the young star.

“People are paying thousands and thousands of dollars to come see one show. So we have to give 120 percent each time,” she says.

Miley is currently gearing up for the Feb. 1 release of the her 3-D concert film, “Hannah Montana/Miley Cyrus: Best of Both Worlds Concert Tour,” which premiered last week in Hollywood. She tells Good Morning America that she deals with her fame by listening to the advice of her mother, Tish.

Says Miley: “My mom always says: for every, you know, 10,000 people that love you, there’s going to be another handful of 10,000 people that don’t. And it’s like, there’s nothing that you can change, so that’s all right.”
