HOLLYWOOD, Calif. — Tori Spelling and Dean McDermott welcomed a baby girl Monday afternoon at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles.
Stella Doreen McDermott weighed in at 6 lbs., 8 oz. and was 19 3/4 inches long, a rep for Spelling tells People magazine.
It is the second child for the couple, who also have a 1-year-old son, Liam Aaron.
McDermott also has a son, Jack, 9, from his previous marriage to TV chef Mary Jo Eustace.
Spelling, 35, and McDermott, 41, were married in May 2006. They met when they co-starred in the TV movie "Mind Over Murder."
The actress, who recently signed on to reprise her role of Donna Martin on the new "90210" spinoff in the fall, previously told People that she became emotional when she discovered she was pregnant with a daughter.
"I've always wanted a little girl since I'm such a girly girly," she said. "I immediately started crying. I couldn't believe it. I have my beautiful little boy and now I'll have my little girl! It's amazing."
