HOLLYWOOD, Calif. — Tori Spelling is currently undergoing tests at a Los Angeles hospital for abdominal pain, American Superstar has learned
The 36-year-old actress first went to the hospital Monday night and was admitted a second time when the pain continued.
"They released her last night," Spelling's rep said in a statement. "She wasn't feeling better today so she returned to the hospital for more tests."
Spelling was scheduled to host Lambda Legal's 17th Annual Liberty Awards tonight in Hollywood, but has been forced to cancel her duties due to her health issue.
On Monday, the former "90210" star's husband, Dean McDermott, disclosed that Spelling was seeking treatment for an unknown ailment.
"T is in the hospital now with severe stomach pains. We're trying to get her comfortable." he wrote on Twitter.
"Just out of the hospital. After a battery of tests, no conclusive answers," McDermott added later last night. "She still feels terrible. Hope it passes soon. She's in a lot of pain."
The couple, who star on "Tori and Dean: Home Sweet Hollywood," have two children together, 2-year-old son Liam and 15-month-old daughter Stella.
Spelling was the subject of anorexia rumors earlier this year, admitting to People that she struggled with how people perceived her weight loss after the birth of her second child.
"I knew as soon as I left the house a week, even two weeks after giving birth, [to daughter Stella] people are going to take pictures and scrutinize," she said in April. "Whereas mothers everywhere don't even think about losing the weight for a year. It was hard to find that balance of what's acceptable."
